As a professional, I use technology to access information from a variety of sources, to collaborate and communicate, to support my decisions and help me problem solve. I also enjoy the challenge of encouraging the use of purposeful and appropriate use of technology within the classroom setting, during speech and language treatment, and in other situations. I am aware of current and emerging technology and am able to use technology critically, safely, and ethically in my professional life. I strive to educate families and clients on how to access, understand, and manipulate digital information to help support the development of speech and language skills.
